This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in "fast-tracking" into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

- VACATION:

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team leadership, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Offers hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a customer-centric environment.
- Assist in training staff.

- Manage store opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
- Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
- Maintain operational standards.
- Monitor loan and purchase processes.
- Self-develop through assigned training.
- Act as manager on duty when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient with POS systems and computers.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Cash handling experience.
