Additional Compensation includes performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job Responsibilities- Move majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store.
- Prepare for major holiday seasons, applying product knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
- Support sales and merchandise placement as part of the seasonal team.
