Non-Perishables Director - San Antonio

Central Market is a specialty grocery store that started in Austin, Texas in 1994, and has grown to multiple locations across the state. We offer a wide selection of fresh and high-quality food and drinks from around the world, including hundreds of cheeses, thousands of wines, fresh produce, and more. Our stores serve as community hubs for exchanging goods, services, and ideas, emphasizing the importance of food in bringing people together.

The Store Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations, including Production and Sales across various departments such as grocery, dairy, frozen foods, healthy living, bulk foods, gift baskets, produce, meat, seafood, floral, and food service areas like the kitchen, cafe, prepared foods, cooking school, bakery, deli, and cheese departments. The role reports to the General Manager and aims to ensure customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and achievement of company goals.
