Salary Range: $8.00 To $8.00 Hourly

Skillfully cut a variety of expertly prepared BBQ meats, such as brisket, ribs, sausage, and other BBQ specialties, following established procedures and guidelines to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.

Communicate effectively with other staff members to fulfill customer orders, maintain an organized workflow, and ensure smooth operations in the meat block area.

Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols when handling, storing, and cutting meat to ensure the highest levels of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health and safety standards.

Operate and maintain all equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly sanitized to optimize efficiency and safety during meat cutting.

Provide excellent hospitality by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues in a polite and professional manner.

Complete tasks as requested by the management team.
