Compensation & Pay RangeBase pay: $96,000.00 – $ per year.
Additional compensation includes weekly draw pay, commissions, monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock‑share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions. No caps and a short sales cycle (3 business days).
Health, dental, and vision benefits are offered after 60 days of employment. ResponsibilitiesYour objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six‑month timeframe—an achievement that normally takes up to a year. You will also serve as a mentor, imparting strategies for success to new team members, while driving sales in the supplemental insurance industry, challenging conventions, and redefining benchmarks of achievement.

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum four years post‑high school work experience. Candidates within six months of degree completion or with less than four years of professional work experience in a relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
