In-Home Solar Sales Consultant

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Consultant to serve as an In-Home Solar Design Consultant
. The role is commission‑based with no earning cap. A 2‑week company‑paid training program sets you up for success.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Consult with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their homes.
  • Leverage in‑depth knowledge of solar leasing programs to guide customers on financing options.
  • Achieve sales goals, including quotas, lead response timeliness, and meeting conversions.
  • Qualify prospects using established and creative lead methods to build a book of business.
  • Design and build Solar Energy systems that fit the prospective customer's needs.
  • Participate in on‑the‑job training, classroom instruction, self‑study, licensing (if applicable).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your sphere of influence and the community.
  • Work with Affiliate Partners and Vendors to ensure flawless execution of lead response and nurturing.
  • Weekly reporting.
  • Attend outreach events for prospective solar customers.
Qualifications
  • Motivated and driven by results.
  • Hungry and passionate about the role.
  • Experience closing deals (3+ years in solar or in‑home sales is a plus).
  • Detail‑oriented, loves helping people.
  • Quick thinker with clear communication.
  • Aptitude for tackling challenges and solving problems.
Compensation and Benefits
  • W‑2, full commission – no cap on earning potential.
