Job Description

Are you passionate about providing personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service to clients? We’re seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at Cavender Insurance Agency. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our client‑centric approach, focusing on new business sales and fostering lasting relationships. Reporting to the VP of Insurance Operations, you’ll be responsible for cross‑departmental collaboration, prospecting, sales performance, client retention, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with property & casualty licensing requirements and stay updated on carrier guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Cavender Auto Group teams to meet client needs and provide seamless experiences.
  • Engage in consultative client interactions via outbound/inbound calls, SMS, and email.
  • Maintain performance metrics and adhere to systematic, predictable, and compliant client interactions.
  • Prioritize client interactions and manage pipeline using provided CRM.
  • Convert new policy sales, identify referral opportunities, and foster client relationships for retention and cross‑selling.
Requirements
  • Active property & casualty insurance license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus.
