Hajoca Corporation invites driven, goal‑oriented individuals to join our Management Development Program in the South Division. Trainees gain hands‑on exposure to operations, sales, and leadership training across regional profit centers.

• Warehouse & Counter (9 mo) – Logistics, customer interaction, and field visits.
• Inside Sales (9 mo) – Customer solutions, relationship development.
• Outside Sales (2 yr) – New account capture, growth, partnership building.
• Leadership & Operations (6 mo) – Operations management and leadership training.

Trainees mastering all phases are offered leadership roles managing multi‑million dollar business segments.

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA ≥ 3.0
• Strong desire to lead teams and run a business
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, academic, or extracurricular settings
• Entry‑level experience in sales, operations, or customer service is a plus
• Goal‑oriented, competitive spirit, take‑charge attitude
• Ability to perform a wide range of tasks with interpersonal and analytical skills
