Sales Consultant, On Premise – San Antonio or Austin

Johnson Brothers is a national family‑owned wine, spirits and beer distributor serving customers since 1953. The Sales Consultant position focuses on growing an established On‑Premise customer base with a moderate focus on opening new accounts within an assigned territory through consultative sales. The role is business‑to‑business oriented and results rely heavily on the candidate’s ability to build relationships quickly and dedicate service to accounts.

• Ensure consistent customer contact and handle all customer related issues in a friendly manner
• Plan and execute sales initiatives, make effective presentations and identify new and undersold accounts
• Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts and follow necessary steps when making sales calls
• Adhere to all company policies, perform reliable customer service and maintain all paperwork accurately

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
• Minimum 2‑year experience as a Sales Representative or higher, BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong presentation
