This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The individual will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and growing revenue. Tasks include managing client accounts, creating proposals, collaborating with the design team to match client needs with appropriate products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves achieving sales goals, identifying new market opportunities, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Qualifications- Proven sales skills, including client prospecting, relationship management, and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A solid understanding of architecture, design, or construction industries is preferred
- Effective organizational and time management abilities to handle client relationships and sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for design and interest in natural stone, tile, or related materials are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
