Marketing Liaison - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Bailey Baker - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized, motivated, and professional marketing intern to join our team. In this role, you will support our insurance agents while helping maintain and grow relationships with current and prospective customers. Your contributions will include administrative duties, customer communication, and marketing efforts, providing hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment with opportunities to grow your skills and income potential.

• Make outbound phone calls and send text messages to customers and prospects.
• Schedule appointments with existing and potential customers.
• Assist with in‑person marketing events and community outreach.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Conduct needs‑based customer reviews to educate clients on insurance options.
• Support the team with administrative and office tasks as needed.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of the business.

• Coursework or interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending text messages.
• Friendly, professional, and customer‑focused communication style.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Willingness to participate in local marketing efforts and community events.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs for marketing events.
• No prior experience required; phone work or telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain a license in the future (not required for part‑time role, but necessary for potential full‑time transition).
