• Proven success in catering sales or high-volume event management, ideally in the restaurant industry
• Expertise in client relationship cultivation and contract negotiation
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Triple Seat or similar CRM platforms
• Availability to work 40-50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as required

• Identify and secure new catering clients through strategic sales and community engagement
• Develop customized proposals and finalize contracts balancing client satisfaction and profitability
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on menu design, logistics, and event execution for onsite and offsite catering
• Mentor and guide the catering team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Oversee inventory and equipment readiness to ensure flawless event delivery
• Track sales performance and provide insights to leadership while staying current on industry trends
