Farmers Market Vendor

In The Weeds is looking for dependable, outgoing individuals to join our market sales team. In this role, you will contribute to our direct-to-consumer sales by representing our brand at farmers markets and special events throughout the San Antonio area.

Please understand that this is an outdoor, hands-on position. Our markets operate in the Texas heat, cold, wind, and occasionally light rain. Team members must be comfortable working outside, have reliable transportation, and be able to transport the products and market supplies we provide.

The person selected will train alongside an experienced team member for two weekends. After training, you will independently transport the inventory, set up and operate the booth, sell products, and break everything down at the end of the market. We will restock your inventory each week and provide ongoing support, but you must be punctual, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working on your own.

Compensation starts at a guaranteed $14 per hour, plus sales commissions. Successful team members commonly earn more than $20 per hour when hourly pay and commissions are combined. Because product knowledge is essential to making sales and helping customers confidently, team members also receive a monthly product allowance to experience and learn the products they represent.

This is a fun, unique part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, believes in our products, and is available on weekends with occasional weekday evenings.
