Sales Associates are the face of our business and play a direct role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact, you’ll create impactful first impressions, build genuine relationships, and turn an initial conversation into a long-term client experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, people-oriented, and motivated by performance, growth, and recognition.
What You’ll Do- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Convert leads into in-person tours
- Conduct high-energy tours
- Overcome objections and close the sale
- Build long-term resident relationships to increase retention
- Execute a structured, proven sales process
- Competitive base pay + uncapped monthly commission
