• A dedicated appointment setter and case manager handle scheduling, paperwork, and case prep
• A limited number of advisors per state, so there's less internal competition and more room to grow
• Commissions typically $100,000–$250,000 a year, with top producers earning $300,000+
• Commissions typically paid within 15 days of submission

• Meet with existing clients, in the comfort of their homes, to discuss retirement income, annuities, and protection strategies
• Recommend solutions from a broad lineup of top-rated carriers, with senior market insurance products for additional income
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and service

• Active Health & Life insurance license
• Series 65, Series 7 & 66, or ChFC
• 2+ years of annuity sales experience
• Proven face-to-face, consultative sales success
• Clean U4 (if currently registered)
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools
• Willingness to travel within your state to meet clients
