• Help individuals and families identify the right insurance coverage to protect what matters most to them.
• Guide prospective clients through the quoting process with patience and clear explanations.
• Review existing policies during annual check-ins to ensure clients are correctly protected as their lives change.
• Maintain accurate client records in our systems to ensure smooth service and policy management.
• Participate in local community outreach efforts to introduce our agency to new neighbors.
• Collaborate with the agency owner to track progress toward sales targets and adjust strategies as needed.

• -Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License.
• -Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry.
• -Clear, empathetic communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• -Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
