- Access to our AI-powered CRM (Go High Level ) to manage your pipeline and commissions
- Weekly payouts and detailed performance tracking
- Call qualified leads and book appointments with business decision-makers
- Execute outbound campaigns using our AI-powered sales process
- Track all sales activities using our CRM and reporting tools
- Convert opportunities into high-ticket deals through consultative selling
- Receive daily support, training, and real-time analytics to keep improving
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges
- Provide feedback to refine scripts, campaigns, and product positioning
- Partner with marketing and leadership to improve outreach and generate qualified opportunities
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in closing or outbound roles
- Strong communication skills and a results-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet goals in a remote setting
- Coachable and open to continuous learning
- Interest in tech or sales automation
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Go High Level , etc.)
- Experience in SaaS or high-ticket sales environments
