About the role    You will own the full commercial relationship and customer’s success across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts - the builders, founders, and product teams at companies up to 250 employees who are defining what AI-native experiences look, feel, and sound like. Your job is to make sure every one of them is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction.
This is a high-volume, high-impact role. You won't succeed by managing accounts one at a time - you'll build the systems, playbooks, and scaled motions that let you drive meaningful outcomes across a diverse book. If you love the challenge of figuring out how to operate at scale without losing the quality of the customer relationship, this role was built for you.
