Consultant Relations VP

• Own strategic relationships with the largest national broker and consulting firms
• Define and drive the business-development plan for a national portfolio to convert relationships into closed distribution
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources across Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations
• Design a data-driven approach for contracting targets, timing, and closure rates
• Act as a credible educator and thought partner within the benefits ecosystem

• 8+ years in employee-benefits consulting, broker, or channel-alliances roles with national scope
• Proven track record of building and owning trusted senior-level relationships
• Ability to operate with data rigor at portfolio scale
• Deep expertise in the benefits-consulting and broker landscape
• Experience driving national business development and closing distribution
• Ability to influence executive-level internal and external leaders
