National Account Manager

• Own the strategy, growth, and performance of a nationwide accountant partner network
• Identify, recruit, and onboard accounting firms and non-accountant referral partners
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for partner firms to ensure activation and enablement
• Drive revenue through partner-sourced opportunities and selective direct sales activity
• Collaborate with internal sales, agronomy, and delivery teams to support deal progression
• Track and report on network growth, activation, revenue contribution, and pipeline health
• Partner with Marketing to develop enablement materials and partner-facing content

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, channel sales, or partnerships
• Proven success building and managing partner or referral networks
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial services, or professional services ecosystems
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive communication skills

• MBA degree
