Armed Security Officer - Parking Lot Patrol in San Antonio, TX
. Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls. Conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to deter security-related incidents, engage with the public, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to incidents as needed.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tuesday: 04:15 PM - 11:30 PM
• Wednesday: 03:15 PM - 11:30 PM
• Thursday: 04:15 PM - 11:30 PM
• Friday: 03:15 PM - 11:30 PM
• Saturday: 03:15 PM - 11:30 PM

• Provide customer service and carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to support a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents.
• Assist with crowd control and/or access control as needed.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and actions taken.

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
