We’re looking for a Site/Shift Supervisor who will act as a customer‑service champion and support one of the fastest‑growing tech startups. The ideal candidate is approachable, caring, enforces safety and security standards, and enjoys creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

• Greet and process all personnel and visitors, administer badge identification, and provide assistance when necessary
• Answer all incoming calls, appropriately direct them and log voicemail
• Report and monitor suspicious persons, calls, and events, in coordination with client and Inter‑Con stakeholders
• Additional duties (e.g., parking validation, package tracking, security access/video monitoring) as required
• Assist in emergency safety/security response efforts

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Guard card or BSIS Certified and First Aid CPR/AED Certified – required; training available if needed
• Previous experience in concierge/reception or security roles a plus
• Courteous behavior and ability to interact with the general public
• Ability to stay calm and focused in stressful situations

• Prolonged standing and walking required
• Open availability nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as directed
• Work various shifts and holidays as assigned
