As an Armed Security Officer - Corporate Headquarters Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security-related incidents, maintain a visible presence, conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and interact with employees and visitors to provide outstanding customer service.

This is an armed post; you will uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity while carrying out your duties.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thu 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• Availability across various days and shifts
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
• A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

• Must have an armed guard card or license
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law
• Must participate in industry-specific security-related training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
