As a Elite Armed Security Officer - Patrol Sector in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer at a bustling retail location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior or activity and promptly report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or identification as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities thoroughly and accurately as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with retail staff and other Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergency situations, including providing assistance during evacuations or other urgent scenarios.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or 5 years of armed security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or armed guard license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III armed certification for positions in Texas only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
