• Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining security standards.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing Tri Corps with professionalism.
• Enforce site‑specific rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and facilities.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security incidents, coordinating with management or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and address safety concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Support management and client directives to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.

• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
• Remain alert, observant, and proactive throughout each shift.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate calm judgment and professionalism in all interactions.
• Uphold Tri Corps’ standards of integrity, reliability, and service excellence.

• Positions available in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas.
• Full‑time and part‑time shifts available, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

• TX PSB Level 3 Armed License
• Valid State
• CPR
• First Aid
• AED
