Project Lead – Contract PositionLocation: San Antonio, TX
Salary: $97,300.00 – $ (14 hours ago)
OverviewApplied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team that is contingent upon award. The Project Lead shall be responsible for the performance of the contracted scope of work. ATS shall provide personnel with the subject matter expertise and experience to conduct HHAs relative to IMCOM's missions and assets. The teams shall conduct an assessment of all components of the installation's Protection programs using the DoD Benchmarks, plus applicable Army, Combatant command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM applicable requirements.
Responsibilities- Oversee performance of the contracted scope of work.
- Lead assessment teams in evaluating protection programs.
- Assess program areas including Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Supporting Infrastructure and Operations Security (OPSEC).
- DoD experience.
- Protection assessment experience.
- Installation Antiterrorism Officer or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Secret clearance.
- Master's degree – any discipline.
- Project Management Professional certification or degree in Project Management.
- Associate Business Continuity Planner certification.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) Level II or similar certification/experience.
- USACE SET training.
- 25% travel may be required.
- U.S. citizenship is required for most positions.
