$15.50 / Hour

Day Time – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at the retail location.
• Respond calmly and use problem‑solving skills during incidents and critical situations, including emergencies, as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity.
• Maintain visibility throughout the location to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, employees, and visitors while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and hazards according to company and client protocols.
• Remain alert to surroundings and potential security-related concerns specific to a retail environment.
• Follow all company and client protocols for the handling and use of firearms, maintaining readiness for armed response if necessary.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Must have an active Texas Armed Security License.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
