Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Armed Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

• Provide customer service by performing security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies within a retail location.
• Carry a firearm and maintain readiness to respond to incidents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, taking appropriate action as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site protocols and Allied Universal procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations and/or providing directions to customers and staff when appropriate.

• Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or 5 years of armed security‑related experience.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
