Emergency Management (EM) Lead with Security Clearance

Contingent upon contract award, Emergency Management (EM) Lead San Antonio, TX.

The EM Lead shall be responsible for the performance of the contracted EM scope of work. ATS shall provide personnel with the subject matter expertise and experience to conduct HHAs relative to IMCOM's missions and assets. The teams shall conduct an assessment of all components of the installation's Protection programs using the DoD Benchmarks, plus applicable Army, COCOM, Service Component Command, and IMCOM applicable requirements.

The teams shall assess the following Program Areas:
Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Supporting Infrastructure and Operations Security (OPSEC).

Travel: 25%

• Former position or experience as an installation or equivalent EM, AT Level II, Protection Assessment experience ICW P2MR2
• DoD experience
• Protection assessment experience
• Expert knowledge (>10 yrs) of COOP/contingency planning
• Expert knowledge (>10 yrs) of exercise planning/execution
• Secret clearance Education/Training/
  
  Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree - any discipline
• FEMA PCP or similar certification/experience
• Associate Business Continuity Planner or similar certification/experience
