Green Oasis in San Antonio, TX is actively seeking a hard-working full-time Interior Horticulture Installer to help create healthy and beautiful interior landscapes for our customers! This is a full-time position with installations taking place in San Antonio, as well as across the country. When traveling for installations, you'll be on the road three to four times a month, typically for a couple of days at a time. Local installation days are from 6:00 AM to around 4:00 PM, depending on the route. As an Interior Horticulture Lead Installer, you are responsible for coordinating with production managers in organizing material and labor for the seamless installations of greenery on our projects. When traveling, you’ll fly to the installation site (at Green Oasis' expense) and meet the shipment of product for installation. With attention to detail, you plan and prepare installations to ensure that a client's needs and wants are met.

• Ability to lift heavy plants and planters
• Climb ladders
• Availability to travel 3 to 4 times a month, typically for a couple of days at a time
• Experience working on construction sites is a plus
• Ability to work on physically demanding tasks, especially in the heat of the summer
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
