Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Tech - Full & Part Time

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances with high quality and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.

• Maintain company truck well‑organized and manage parts inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; use of testing & repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficiency with smartphones for part ordering and job support.
• Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100 % of the time.
• Flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs and to perform repetitive motions such as bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and standing.

Road Warrior – 75 % or more on the road.
