Multi-skilled Carpenters – Ace Handyman Services NW San Antonio needs your expertise. We are a top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling company serving NW San Antonio and Boerne since 2014. Under the Ace Hardware brand, we provide quality craftsmanship for repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects inside and outside. We are expanding our team and seek highly motivated professionals with skills in multiple trades.

This is a W2 position with the flexibility of an independent job; jobs are found and scheduled for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service our clients expect. You will work out of your home, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites. This is year-round work with a required personal vehicle for travel.

Dispatched from home. Starting pay is $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience and capability. Performance will be reviewed with potential for pay increases after 30 days and 90 days. After 90 days, a $500 sign-on bonus will be paid if performance criteria are met.

We offer consistent year-round work, vehicle gas allowance, cell phone usage reimbursement, paid vacation (accrued starting after 90 days), paid holidays, on-the-job accident insurance, work apparel, and flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time; full-time preferred).

• Perform multi-trade carpentry, repair, and remodeling work inside and outside for homes and small businesses.
• Travel to job sites using your own vehicle and provide high-quality craftsmanship and customer service to clients.
• Interact professionally with clients, fellow employees, management, and office personnel to uphold company standards.
• Dispatched from home and manage on-site activities to meet project requirements.

• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman / Handyman.
• Own a standard set of tools to perform all listed trades.
• Own a truck or van, properly insured; current and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
