LINX is hiring
Wireless Technicians to support in-building wireless system installations for DAS, public safety, and cellular infrastructure projects across the U.S. We’re looking for professionals with a proven background in RF installation, coax and category cabling, and equipment deployment in commercial construction environments.
Technicians at these levels are expected to have strong technical knowledge, project awareness, and the ability to independently complete and interpret testing. While the role requires advanced capabilities, every technician is also expected to bring the basics:
accountability, professionalism, a readiness to work with proper PPE/tools, and a positive, team-focused attitude

This position reports to a Site or Project Foreman.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Install cable pathway, rough-in cable runs, terminate ½” coax cable / install connectors (MFR:
Commscope, JMA, RFS. Connection type: N and 4.3-10) - Install wall and rack mounted equipment. (MFR: Comba,Nextivity Cel-Fi)
- Roof work: erect masts/sleds, mount donor antennas, run, dress, support cabling, complete grounding & weatherproofing
- Conduct cable segment sweep testing and interpret results (Distance to Fault & Return Loss)
- Arrive at work at agreed-upon site start times.
- Show up ready with appropriate personaltools & equipment.
- Display professionalism in all interactions with team members and external points of contact.
- Keep material staging areas organized and neat, regularly clean-up work areas as you go.
- Keep track of all tools, equipment, and project materials in your possession.
- Tech 1:Minimum 6 months of low voltage experience
- Experience working on cross-disciplinary, cross-functional teams to achieve success
- Proficient in Office 365, Bluebeam, and other computer and phone-app related tools
- Fluency in English (both written & verbal)
- ½” coax cable prep tools, category cable RJ45 crimper, HILTI powder-actuated tools experience
- Basic hand, power tools (Screwdriver, torque wrench, crimper, hammer drill, circular/jig saw) experience
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Tech 2:Minimum 1 year of technical & operational experience in technology integration, with experience in some of the following fields:
In-building wireless systems, RF Technologies,Cellular and Public Safety Systems.- Demonstrated success building out project installs to design specifications
- Coax Cable Segment Sweep testers experience –Kaelusi

This job requires 60% domestic travel
Pay Rate:- Tech 1: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour
- Tech 2: $24.00 – $28.00 / hour
- Tech 3: $28.00 – $32.00 / hour
- 401K with 50% employer match up to first 5%
