Position PurposeThe Skilled Maintenance Technician maintains, diagnoses and repairs manufacturing equipment to minimise downtime and support continuous, safe production. We are seeking a reliable multi‑craft skilled maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment and facilities. Candidate should ensure work is performed at a high safety standard and support root cause analysis to ensure continuous improvement.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs
- Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic systems
- Interpret technical drawings, manuals and schematics
- Support installation, commissioning and testing of new equipment
- Record maintenance activities, faults and corrective actions
- Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis
- Ensure all work meets health & safety and company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Collaborate with production, engineering and maintenance teams
- Other duties as assigned
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Strong fault‑finding and repair skills
- Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Commitment to safe working practices
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre‑employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial, or manufacturing maintenance
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Multi‑skilled maintenance experience (lasers, robots, presses, conveyors, PLC’s, VFD’s, etc.)
- Experience with fabrication processes (welding, cutting, machining)
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Technical maintenance expertise
