Sheet Metal Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman to lead field crews on commercial construction projects in the San Antonio area. This position will oversee HVAC ductwork installation, coordinate daily job-site activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.

• Supervise and lead sheet metal installers and apprentices on commercial job sites.
• Oversee installation of commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate daily activities with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
• Ensure installations meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment needed to maintain project schedules.
• Order materials and assist with job-site inventory management.
• Monitor project progress and communicate field issues or changes to project leadership.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site.

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal experience.
• Previous foreman, lead, or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC ductwork systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction safety and quality standards.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
