Maintenance Technician

LK Jordan has 4 immediate openings for Apartment Maintenance Technicians! This company is looking for dedicated workers who thrive in a team environment and are looking for a long term career path with the opportunity for advancement. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, and communities are located throughout San Antonio. Pay rate starts at $21.60!

• Repair and maintain physical structures such as office buildings and apartment units using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform basic painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing repair work of average difficulty in response to service requests and conduct inspections of apartments.
• Perform routine tasks related to the maintenance, repairs and modifications of buildings, equipment and common areas as requested.
• Conduct comprehensive make-ready maintenance, including deep cleaning and disinfection for unit turnovers.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and oversee swimming pool sanitation and safety.
• Operate and maintain power tools and mechanical equipment; assist senior technicians with complex infrastructure repairs.
• Responsible for all property locations, must be able to travel to and from all properties using a company vehicle.

• a current Texas driver's license
