Campus:
St. Philip's College
Provides Journeyman level skills in the installation, maintenance, remodeling, repair, and servicing of plumbing systems. Also responsible for the prompt performance of assigned plumbing and related duties.
- Graduation from high school or a General Education Development (GED) Certificate.
- 8,000 hours experience as an apprentice.
Education and Experience:
- Completion of technical plumbing training.
- More than four years of experience in the plumbing field.
- Licensed Certified Backflow Prevention Assembly tester.
Certifications:
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization's insurers.
- Must have a valid State of Texas Journeyman Plumbing License from the State of Texas.
- Licenses must be kept current.
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
