Field Service Engineer III - San Antonio, TX; Cranial and Spinal Technologies​/Surgical Robotics

Field Service Engineer III provides technical support for advanced imaging and robotic-assisted surgical systems throughout the San Antonio area. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and de-installation of capital equipment at customer sites, with approximately 50% travel required within the region.

• Install, inspect, verify, maintain, troubleshoot, and de-install O-arm, imaging, AiBLE, and Mazor systems
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to minimize equipment downtime
• Coordinate service activities with customers and internal partners to ensure timely completion
• Analyze field service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities for products and processes
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to distributors, partners, and qualified customer representatives

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years field service or equipment repair experience
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel 50% within and outside assigned territory
• Hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience on technical equipment in customer environments
• Ability to maintain service documentation and technical records per established procedures
• Experience servicing medical devices or complex electronic systems preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills preferred
