If leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education feels like your mission, this role places you at the center of that transformation.
Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Here, students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI‑driven learning platforms. The remainder of their time is spent developing real‑world competencies—persuasive communication, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful project work. No traditional lectures. No unnecessary assignments. Only accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a fundamentally different relationship with parents—and that is your responsibility.
You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, responsible for driving enrollment growth, establishing credibility, and cultivating advocacy. You'll facilitate persuasive information sessions, develop strong community ties, and transform curiosity into enrollment pipeline strength. Your responsibilities extend beyond initial recruitment. You'll remain the central contact for families throughout their time at Alpha—resolving questions, fostering commitment, and empowering parents to become vocal advocates for the model.
This is a position built on trust and autonomy, with clearly defined outcomes. You'll be based at a single campus, present on‑site regularly, and accountable for tangible results—not executing a predetermined playbook. If you're convinced that traditional schooling is failing students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
