The QMHP provides ongoing monitoring, support and behavioral health services to children and youth with emotional trauma, and serves their families. The QMHP will engage clients in weekly skills training and case management, following a strengths-based model to help families function autonomously and successfully.
This role collaborates with the clinical team to develop a Service/Treatment Plan focused on the child and family’s needs, with documentation completed within 24 hours of service
