- Design, develop, and maintain both web-based and desktop applications using ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, and C#
- Build efficient, reliable SQL queries and stored procedures; maintain and optimize relational database structures
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues across the full stack
- Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and help define software architecture
- Maintain documentation and follow coding best practices
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development
- Expert‑level skills in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and WPF
- Strong command of SQL, including database design and performance tuning
- Understanding of OOP and software design principles
- Familiarity with front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, Java Script
- Proficiency with version control tools like Git or Azure Dev Ops
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM tools preferred
- Familiarity with RESTful API development a plus
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus
- :with ICE Mortgage Technology platforms preferred
- Background in or familiarity with the mortgage law industry a plus
