Job Title: Developer - Specialty III

Skills: 5-7 years of related IT experience required, with working proficiency in Python (minimum 5 years of experience). The ideal candidate will execute and write python automation test scripts to test RESTful APIs
, have knowledge of Jenkins to build and troubleshoot automated test execution jobs, and possess excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming.

The candidate should have experience with Linux (such as Red Hat or Ubuntu) and/or Windows, and demonstrated proficiency in creating technical documentation.

Candidates with 5-8 years of development test automation experience are preferred. Experience in an Agile environment using a CI/CD Model Methodology is also desirable, along with a strong understanding of software/testing methodologies such as TDD
. Good understanding of Cloud computing concepts,
SOAP UI
, and the .net platform is also a plus.

• Writes and executes automated test scripts using a pre-defined framework.
• Designs and implements test frameworks and tools.
• Writes positive and negative smoke and regression test scripts to test product functionality and integration with dependencies.
• Tests APIs, user interfaces, web services, and/or web applications.
• Performs performance, load, and security testing.
• Participates in test automation code reviews.
• Works closely with Development from Design phase to implementation into production.
• Collaborates with other quality and development engineers to build, evolve, and maintain a scalable continuous build and deployment pipeline.
