Talent Acquisition Manager @ Roth Staffing | Master's in HR ManagementWe are seeking a strong C#.Net Developer to work on a 2 year, W2 hourly project at our client site in San Antonio, TX. No 3rd party candidates will be considered. The project scope is driving the retirement of an application, but you will also be adding functionality to a current system.
Description- Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications/operating systems, and may coordinate work teams.
- Provides technical support to project team members.
- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
- At least 7 years of experience is required.
- C#/.NET experience is required.
- WPF experience preferred.
- Sr Software Developer
- C# (client application on desktop written with WPF - windows Framework, MVVM pattern)
- .NET 8
- Developing patterns - critical thinking
- Xunit, GIT and JSON
- No backend SQL needed for this role
- Team structure - 3 developers, 1 SDET, 1 BSA/Manual Tester, Team lead with SDET exp
- Working on a project to rebuild ACE to replace a legacy product that is also inhouse
- Building functionality that the legacy app supports today and building it into ACE
- Finding out transactions for mutual fund accounts
- Account maintenance
- Etc
- Greenfield development - active development for the last several years
- Mix of developing new code (40%) and extending/modifying existing code (60%)
- Looking for 7+ years of exp
- Industry exp is preferred but not required
