Senior Machine Learning Engineer; Nova)

Iterable is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop core ML components for Nova's agentic experiences. This role is suited for candidates with strong production ML experience, particularly in retrieval systems and LLM integration.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Iterable, you will focus on constructing the foundational ML components that drive Nova's intelligent interactions. This role emphasizes applied ML in production, where you will develop retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, and model integration layers to ensure reliability and scalability.

You will work closely with backend engineers to product ionize ML features, ensuring they meet high standards of reliability and performance. Your responsibilities will also include prototyping ML solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align ML designs with user experience and product objectives.
