This role is for a Senior AI Engineer at an international FX/CFD broker, focusing on building AI solutions from the ground up. Candidates should have a strong background in full-stack development and experience with LLMs in production.
The Senior AI Engineer will be the first technical hire in the AI domain, responsible for developing AI systems from scratch. This includes building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and multi-agent processes, integrating large language models into various operational systems such as CRM and analytics.
This position offers a high level of autonomy and the potential for growth into a Tech Lead role. The work environment is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while focusing on delivering real AI products without the constraints of legacy systems.
