As a Technology Service Delivery Staff, you'll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you'll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions.

This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you'll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.

The goal is to help clients solve complex business problems by delivering robust enterprise solutions. You will assist with analysis, development, testing, and support, learn the team’s tools and standards, and contribute to assigned work streams under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

• Foundational knowledge of building server-side services, APIs, and integrations using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services, with support from experienced colleagues.
• Foundational knowledge of microservices concepts and messaging or event streaming platforms such as Kafka or JMS.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in enterprise application development.
• Exposure to Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, and object-oriented programming fundamentals.
• Foundational knowledge of building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, and web services.
• Exposure to SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Kafka or JMS.
• Exposure to Git, CI/CD, and unit testing concepts.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
