Java Full Stack Lead Developer – React.js

Experience: 10+ years

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Technical Lead with strong hands‑on experience in Java backend development and React.js frontend development. The ideal candidate will have proven technical leadership experience and the ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable backend services using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js and Redux.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Apply Object-Oriented Design principles and common design patterns.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Open Shift for application deployment and management.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore development teams in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
