We are looking for a seasoned Java Developer who can own critical modules, drive technical solutions, and contribute to end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise along with ownership, mentoring, and client interaction.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Implement robust, secure, and high-performance solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to low-level and high-level design (LLD/HLD)
• Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews

• Own modules/components end-to-end
• Ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are met
• Identify and mitigate technical risks/issues

• Work closely with business analysts, QA, Dev Ops, and architects
• Participate in client discussions and status updates
• Provide technical clarifications and support during delivery
• Mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
• Drive improvements in code quality, reusability, and performance

• Strong hands‑on experience in:
• Java (8 or above)
• Spring Boot / Spring MVC
• Hibernate / JPA
• Experience building REST APIs and integration services
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes

• Knowledge of No
  
  SQL (MongoDB) – good to have

• Version control:

• Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and client‑facing skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment

• Domain experience in Insurance (Guidewire), Banking, Healthcare
• Exposure to frontend technologies (Angular/React)
• Knowledge of event‑driven architecture (Kafka)

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $13.87/hour - $21.67/hour.
