P3S Corporation is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support technology solutions for our federal government customers.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, integration, and ongoing improvement of secure, scalable applications. You will work collaboratively with technical and program teams to turn operational requirements into dependable software solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across the full technology stack.
• Develop and optimize backend services using Java, with an emphasis on secure, efficient, and high-performance data processing.
• Build, integrate, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs to support reliable communication between applications and services.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and user-focused front-end solutions using JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, product stakeholders, designers, and other team members to translate business and mission requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues across the technology stack.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
