About the role

As an AI Product Builder, you'll own a product end to end. You'll build data pipelines and do hands-on engineering, shape the product roadmap, work directly with clients and engineering teams, run marketing optimizations, and ship features.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end to end, from idea to delivery, define the product roadmap and how it evolves
• Build and maintain data pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering teams on priorities and delivery
• Run marketing optimizations
• Ship features
• Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting, and modern data stack
• Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline issues, including direct client-facing escalations
• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and client data requirements

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows:
  Claude Code, prompt engineering, agentic coding to accelerate development, write tests, optimize complex problems, and ship faster
• Product ownership/ product management proven experience — able to take a problem end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
• Marketing or revenue data domain experience, experience with marketing optimisation - highly preferred
• Experience building and scaling an AI agent and ability to make it reliable
• Strong SQL skills required;
  dbt or similar transformation-tooling experience strongly preferred
• Experience troubleshooting production data pipelines and resolving data quality issues
• Availability to work full
  Pacific Time (PST) hours

Nice to have

• Hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline experience (Big Query, Snowflake, Redshift, or Click House)
• Python for data processing and automation
• Experience working directly with clients on technical requirements
• BI tools (e.g., Superset) for operational reporting
